ARIOS is moving subscriber consent and delivery records to the successor communications system. During this cutover, the site does not collect new email addresses or accept confirmation and unsubscribe changes through the retired legacy database contract.

Google Workspace delivery infrastructure remains configured. Enrollment will reopen only after the new consent, subscription, confirmation and audit path is deployed and verified.
